Cancellation Policy
I understand that unplanned circumstances can occur and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me. However as a courtesy, please remember to call me as soon as you know that you will be unable to attend your scheduled appointment and I would be more than happy to rebook you in for another time that is suitable for you.
As you know I offer an sms reminder service which is sent to you 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment with me. On receipt of this sms if no confirmation reply has been received within 24 hrs of sent sms, your appointment will be cancelled and will be allocated to another client.

If you miss an appointment or fail to give me 24hrs notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total. This fee must be paid prior to any future bookings you currently hold or wish to book.
Cancellations via Facebook messenger/sms will not be accepted as these forms of communication are not monitored.
